Kasie Recruitment and Training  Requirement

1. Bachelor degree preferably from Psychology, Law, or HR Management
2. Max 33 years old
3. 5 years experience in HR Department
4. Having a good knowledge about employee recruitments (man power planning, job posting, psychological test, interviews, etc.)
5. Having a good knowledge about training and development (gap competency analysis, training need analysis, performing basic training, etc)
6. Good knowledge of labor laws
7. Efficient in HR adminitration and people management skill
8. Proficient in Microsoft office suite especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
9. Great communication skill and detail oriented
10. Willing to be placed at Surabaya
