ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

We hereby notify Shareholders of PT. GUNAWAN DIANJAYA STEEL Tbk. located in Surabaya, (hereinafter referred to as the Company) that the Company will be holding the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 16 June 2015 and those who reserve the right to attend or to be represented in the meeting are those whose names are registered in the List of the Company’s Shareholders as of 22 May 2015.

Call notification and programmes of the meeting will be announced on daily newspaper in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

As such is this announcement made so that Shareholders’ of the Company are informed.
